Swimming






This week for swimming  it was our last week. The first thing we did was to get in the pool with the safe entry. Then We did flouting with no noodle and kicking on our back feet fist sculling with noodle and diving to get the ring and seated dive practice and any swimming , rolling onto our backs..

When we do the flouting  with no noodles on our back we had to  first grab a noodle then we had to swim all the way to the end of the pool. Then we did kicking on our back to the end of the pool then we had to.
