LI: To do summer learning journey.

Today i was doing 3 facts about Maui's hook it tells you about how he get the fish and how he got the hook from the hooks name is a jaw hook.

Today i was doing free rice and telling what the answer i got 130 rice and i kept going until i was finished.

Today we had our last session with kevin we played some games we did warm up game we played octopus and then doubles and out it is 1 point if you win and the other one was the same one but with a buddy to play with and played little ralleys

  

Synthesise

Today for reading we did its novel time but i'm doing synthesise page and we had to rite in those boxes each day we do reading and we have to fill them in then you read the book for 20m.

Prototec

Today for maths we did prototec and we did below,At,Above, i got 90% and 83% and i did them in 1m and 36s and 9m 7s i had little of time to do it,

Keyboarding drills Level1

I learnt by typing without looking at my keyboard and going to next levels but now I'am on level one.What i leant. I learnt keyboarding when this started and dance mat is the same but it's a game.How i learnt.I learnt by looking straight and not looking at the keyboard.

LI: to write a recount about making origami cranes.

Today for writing we made origami helmets we also told a buddy to look at our work and we showed our work to our teacher then we had to look at our work to see if it makes sentence.

Today for inquiry we rote a script and we had to do a brain storm or research.

After that you have to make a Vlog about what would you do if every thing is gone...

Today for reading i did my vocabulary and mr partner was juel then we did a video conversation.

Today for inquiry we did 3 roles i did plumber libraries army i rote some sentence about them.

Origami samurai helmet

Today for writing we were doing origami samurai helmet we did by the our teacher tell us how to we flowed him the whole way we took some photos to go with our recount and i took photos with juel we both took turns to take the photo then i rote a recount about it.

Four questions

L.l Link to my maths questions Today for math we did four questions.Then we had to write question about maths solving and you have to get some photos off what the question your doing then after you have to re look at it if to makes sentence of if it doesn't make sentence you have to re do it again.

Badminton

In Kiwi Sport we did badminton. In badminton we learnt a new skill. is was called the forehand grip serve. In badminton we had to pick a buddy and it was Andrew.Then we had to grab a raket and shuttle and we had a little rally and then we practice the fore hand grip and then it was the finale rally time and we had to line up in one of the nets and who every losed had to go at the back of the line

Its novel time

Today for reading i was doing my novel.I was partners with Andrew.We had to read the book for 20 minutes.We choose the giraffe and pelly and me.We started with the video then the synthesise .

kiwi can

Today we went to kiwi can and played two games that are could sticky sock and smelly sock the aim is you and a group and i group had to be the tagger and the rest has to be the runner so i tagged a few people and i never got tagged the other game was when MS. Latoya says a number and you are supposed to put your feet in one of the holauhoops and make the number she tells you to put in then we played GKU then we all went to LS1.

LI: to use past tense to show something has happened

Today for writing i learnt that we went on a google drawing and we had to put in a word that is under lined and i know that i got some wrong and right    

Fire Station

Today they told us they work 24 hour then other crew comes in    they also said how many years have you been here he said 10 years and the other man said 28 years and then Andrew Jonathan Fui Sandra.

Then we saw the truck and he told us how to put the fire station gear on and there names were Paul,Norm,Stu, they told us something about them self and they showed us the tools and what are stuff in the van and on top of the van their is a hose and it could reach on top of that testing building and if there is a fire drop low and go out then dont go back inside then you call fire fire fire.

today for Inquiry i was working in triple and i did Electrician and Giovanni was doing food server and Ellenora worked with me for electrician.

Today for maths we were making a bar graph and we had to pick any subject so i picked sports and there were more basketball people and there were more other sports.

Today we were writing a plan on how you can juggle and we made a plan about it and my partner was juel and  we learnt how to juggle 1 ball then 2 balls then 3 balls.

It's novel time

Today for reading we had to read novel. when we finished reading we do a novel time in this novel time there is Synthesise,Vocabulary,Main ideas,Summarise,Evaluate.

Police Visits

Today police people came to our school they bring there helicopter the police cars and they bring out kahou the dog and he is a strong dog that can smell anything and he can sniff money and weapons and the man pretend that he was and bad guy then kahou went to bite his hand but it was and something hard for him to bite.

Today for my reading task i was reading the book and i wrote syntheses and i finished and then i started to write then i said i am finished.

Today i was write a recount about how to play the game and i was working with akuhata and i won the most and he only won i time!!

Today on Thursday I did my inquiry research about professionals in our community.
We were doing Lawyer,accouter,pilot,educator,doctor and business.Me and giovanni
were doing accouter and Lawyer.I was doing lawyer and Giovanni was doing accouter.

Bar Graphs,fruits LS1 Likes.

Today for maths we were doing a bar graph about how many people that like plum,apple,banana,pear,peach, their were more bananas,other and 1 plum and four oranges and the labels was how many students and the title was fruits that LS1 likes so i cut out all the ones in rows that have least amount of fruits and more amount of fruits to put in my access in my book.   

Emergency Services

Today for my inquiry I did emergency services. For all the emergency services there was Police, the firemen, the ambulance, the search and rescue team, surf life savers\lifeguards, and armed services.

Dancing through the decades

At the end of last term Panmure Bridge school performed and danced in front of people. The show was in the hall on the stage at the front. The show started at 6:30 and finished at 7:30.

I went to get changed then i went to the hall and i sat with my group and watched all the performers.

Lyndon was the DJ he said here comes the whip the nae nae and the gangam style,dougie,whip the nae nae,gangnam group,harlem shake ,party rock,single ladies,there are the groups! I felt nervous when it was our turn to go up on the stage. I stared at my family and my mum waved at me, i was happy that she was here.  I got off the stage and was laughing because i was happy.

Then i was going inside the hall then the pasifika then we went   

Inside the hall then i was looking at them and i saw my big sister And my cousin looked at me.

Then i was going to get change then went home

Scavenger hunt

Yesterday we went outside to have a scavenger hunt around the school.

We ran too much.Then we went to all classes.First we went to room10 .

Than went to room1.After that we went to the hall.

We gave the paper to “Mr Wong and  it was wrong” so we tried again. It was wrong and then we tried one more time.It worked!”Then Mr Wong called us to come to class”and wrote a plan about it!!!

Today in writing was putting speech marks in the right place and full stops and commas.Then i read thou it if it made sense for an example "what was the question?" if you did put any off dose things your writing will make sense.

Haiku

I learnt to do a Haiku poem and the season I chose was Winter but I did all 4 Season but I check all of them and only the winter season one was the best one so I chose it and wanted to let the World see it.

Kiwi can

      

L.I To do self control.
This week for KiwiCan, we learnt about self control. We did two games for this session, Bip Bop Bounce, and Hand Circle. To play Bip Bop Bounce you need to get into a circle, and one person with be in the middle. The centre person would point at any person around them, and either say Bip Bop Bounce, or Bounce. If the phrase Bip Bop Bounce is said, whoever is pointed at will have to say bang before the phrase is finished, although when you're pointed at and just the word bounce is said, you have to stay quiet.
